Create a full-bleed 16:9 Power BI report background template (NOT a screenshot). The dashboard layout must fill the entire canvas edge-to-edge with NO outer frame, NO border, NO margin, and NO “floating card” contour. It must be ready to import directly into Power BI as the page background.

CANVAS:

16:9 composition, ultra high resolution 3840x2160 (4K)
use the full canvas (cards must extend close to edges with small safe padding only)

LAYOUT (edge-to-edge):

left vertical sidebar flush to the left edge (no outer container)
top header bar spanning the full width (starting after the sidebar)
top row: 4 KPI cards spanning the width (after sidebar)
middle area:
left tall card
large central card
right column with 2 stacked medium cards
consistent grid spacing, perfect alignment, equal gutters

STYLE (modern enterprise “cards”, not glass):

bright, mostly white UI, clean and premium
cards are opaque white/off-white with crisp edges
very thin subtle borders + extremely soft ambient drop shadows (minimal)
no heavy shadows, no glow haze, no blur fog

COLOR:

background nearly white with a very subtle pale blue-gray gradient
accent blue slightly more electric for highlights (#2F6FED / #3F78E0) used minimally
sidebar medium/deep desaturated blue-gray (not too dark)

SIDEBAR ICONS (logistics, filled):

use small filled icons (not outline), monochrome/white
icons: home, truck, package, warehouse, route/pin
subtle electric-blue highlight on active icon (clean, not neon)

CRITICAL CONSTRAINTS:

all cards must be completely empty inside (no text, no numbers, no placeholder lines, no chart shapes)
no logos, no maps, no flags
no outer container, no big rounded frame around everything

FORBIDDEN:

no triangles/polygons/low-poly patterns
no bokeh blobs
no thick borders
no dramatic lighting

RENDERING:

flat 2D UI design, crisp vector-like finish, premium enterprise dashboard template
